Log what you eat! Keep a food journal. This is a good idea if you want to know your eating patterns. Are you eating too much at night? Are you a grazer? Are your portions too big? Keeping a food journal will help you stay in check and help you see your good and bad eating habits.
I like to snack on almonds. Are they to much fat???

I am doing weight watchers on line and logging electronically. I'm not good at putting pin to paper. But putting fingers to a keypad is more likely! ;)
ReplyDeleteToday I was not prepared and had a big mac. Skipped breakfast and had nothing in my purse. I know better. Got right back on the wagon it's never to late.
ReplyDeleteIt happens! Recognize and move past it. I do believe in one cheat day a week. I'd rather see you plan a cheat day. That way you can plan what you want. I know Saturdays are my cheat day and I get a big ass cookie from Whole Foods and I love it.
