Daily Fitness Tip

It's only week 2 of the New Year. Do not give up, the beginning is always the hardest.

  1. Ten days in I put on my tight yoga pants this morning and they're not tight at all. In fact the butt is looking more like elephant skin. Just ten days of going low fat almost no carbs beyond fruits and veggies and this is happening? Almost unbelievable! Afraid to weight because I'm afraid the number on the scale would not have moved much, but the pants are much looser..
